Privacy policy
In short: no account, no advertising cookies, no audience tracking. The only thing recorded is your anonymous answer to the survey.

The "which beanie do you prefer?" survey
When you arrive on the site, we ask you to choose your favourite beanie out of four. We record only the beanies shown, the one you chose and the date. No name, email address or identifier is requested or recorded: your answer is anonymous.
Purpose: to find out which beanies people like most, so we can choose our next creations. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing our visitors' tastes.
Answers are stored with Supabase, on servers located in the European Union, and automatically deleted after 3 years.
What stays on your device
The site uses no cookies. It keeps two small pieces of information in your browser's memory, which are never sent anywhere:
- malda-avis (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed): remembers that you have answered, so we don't ask again during your visit;
- malda-avis-vus (local storage): the list of beanie references already shown, so you see others on your next visit.
This information is used only to run the survey. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings (site data).
Hosting and technical logs
Like any host, GitHub (which hosts the site) and Supabase (which receives the survey answers) may record technical data, such as your IP address, to keep their services secure and working properly. GitHub is an American company: this data may be processed in the United States, under the safeguards described in the GitHub privacy statement.
The site loads no third-party services: no Google fonts, no social networks, no analytics tools.

The "View on Vinted" buttons take you to vinted.fr. From there, Vinted's privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. Because survey answers are anonymous, we cannot identify which ones are yours. For any question: maldacollectif@gmail.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.
